From the terrace, the view extends over the contrasting white sands and deep blue of the sea and the lagoon, while the interior, dominated by a soft king-size bed or two queen beds, is both intimate and romantic. The Givenchy Spa has eight treatment rooms with comprehensive services, including facial and body treatments, massages, hydrotherapy, sauna and herbal wraps. Personalized holistic treatments arranged. The Jean Marc Maniatis Hairdressing Salon is part of the Spa, with technical support provided from Paris. The Pool Bar

In the shade of its thatched-roof, The Pool Bar is the ideal watering hole for guests taking a refreshing dip in the pool, or basking in the sun nearby. By day, breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea are served around the bar, whilst at night it is a wonderful place to gather and sip an Indian Ocean Pearl.

Spoon des Iles Bar

A top selection of wines and champagne, chosen by world-renowned sommelier Gerard Margeon, is on display in the glass wine cellar in the open bar area, matching the refined atmosphere and unusual concept of the restaurant. The ‘Fashion Champagne’ is the bar’s signature cocktail.

Paul et Virginie Bar

The setting of this relaxed restaurant and bar is as romantic as its legendary name. Under the stars and moon, in a convivial atmosphere around the bar, guests enjoy camaraderie and the special ‘Paul et Virginie’ cocktail.

Golf Club Bar

Drinks, including the ‘Green Island Fragrance’ cocktail, are available all day, and the lunchtime menu includes sandwiches and salads.

The jewel in OneandOnly Le Saint Geran’s gastronomic crown is the ‘haute-couture’ gourmet restaurant Spoon des Iles, creation of world-renowned Michelin-Star chef Alain Ducasse. Spoon des Iles represents the first venture out of Paris of Monsieur Ducasse’s Spoon Food & Wine restaurant and explores the world of food with a tempting array of multi-ethnic cuisines matched by the finest selected wines, chosen by Monsieur Ducasse’s trusted sommelier, Gerard Margeon.

The holder of three 3-star restaurants in the Michelin Guide, Alain Ducasse personally oversees all aspects of Spoon des Iles, from its signature crockery, glassware and linen to its chefs, maitre d’hotel, and of course, the menu with offerings such as dorado wrapped in banana leaf, ravioli with fresh water prawns and wood roasted rack of lamb. La Terrasse

Surrounding the pool and overlooking the Indian Ocean, La Terrasse offers an eclectic variety of local and international specialities. Breakfast offers a sumptuous buffet featuring eggs cooked to order, fresh baked breads, pastries, cheeses, tropical fruit, freshly ground coffees and vanilla-flavoured Mauritian tea. Lunch follows with a choice of fresh local fish and seafood complemented with Asian-inspired specialities.

Nightly entertainment accompanies dinner, providing an exquisite voyage of cultural discovery. Table d’hote menus feature mouth-watering crayfish and prawns straight from the ocean, spicy temptations of home-grown Creole cuisine, and the delicate subtleties of France, India, China and Asia.
