The Sands Resort features 92 spacious sea facing Deluxe Rooms and an Ocean Suite, all have air-conditioning, balcony or terrace, private bath (separate shower) with hairdryer and walk-in dressing area, mini-bar, television/in-house DVD movie channel, tea/coffee-making, direct-dial telephone and electronic safe. Some rooms are inter-connecting.

The Sands hotel has 92 Deluxe Rooms of 52.5 square metres including 5 sets of inter-connecting rooms. The rooms all have a king-size bed or twin beds and are equipped with individual air-conditioning units, IDD telephones with voice mail system, electronic safe, mini-bar, satellite television, WiFi facility, and tea & coffee-making facilities. The spacious bathrooms have separate shower units, bathtubs and separate toilet. They are equipped with hair dryer, and a walk-in dressing room. All rooms have a balcony or terrace with a sea view.

The sea facing Ocean Suite of The Sands Resort, measuring an incredible 145 square metres, is equipped with a king-size bed, individual air-conditioning units, IDD telephones with voice mail, electronic safe, mini-bar, satellite television, WiFi facility, and tea & coffee-making facilities.
